As a Sales Consultant, you can follow up warm leads from Achievers Group and have contact with customers yourself. You have the hierarchy to make appointments and close deals. If there are no warm leads, you should not be averse to doing some cold acquisition to offer our service package to companies within your discipline.
The team behind Achievers Group has a proven model when it comes to training and preparing Sales Consultants for the next step; Managing Consultant. In this, you will have a team of 2-6 Recruiters under you who will source on your customers/vacancies. You must keep your colleagues motivated and driven in order to achieve the KPIs. As a Managing Consultant, you have the best bonus system in the Netherlands when it comes to the recruitment industry. A nice ambition!
As a Sales
Consultant you are
responsible for
- Searching for and finding suitable candidates for our vacancies
- Closing deals with clients for new assignments/vacancies
- Managing contact with clients and candidates
- Conducting job interviews and selecting the best candidates
- Guiding candidates through the application process
What we are looking for
in a Sales
Consultant
- A completed MBO-3/MBO-4 education
- A strong interest in recruitment with at least 1.5-2 years of industry-related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude
- Self-starting ability
- A good command of the Dutch and English language
