How does recruitment and
selection work via Achievers?
Discuss the vacancy with one of our consultants. During this conversation you can explain your specific wishes and requirements for the position in detail.
Our consultants search our databases for suitable candidates, enthuse the candidates and then introduce themselves with a motivation and CV.
You invite the candidates for a physical job interview, possibly followed by a second interview, from which you then make your selection.
We help with the candidate mediation, including discussing salary, conditions and incentives, so that you only have to process everything in an agreement.
The mediation was successful! Your newest recruit is planning their first day of work, and thanks to the successful collaboration with Achievers, the vacancy has now been filled.
Handling mediation. Our way of earning is result-dependent, whereby the costs are only charged upon successful placement.
OUR
RATES
We always work on a no-cure-no-pay basis, and charge a fee that averages between 20% and 25% of the full-time gross annual salary. We only invoice after the employment contract between candidate and client has been signed.
